1. How does auto transport work?
You request a quote, schedule pickup, and our licensed carrier transports your vehicle safely to the destination. You receive updates throughout the process until delivery is complete.

2. Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. All carriers in our network are fully licensed and insured, and your vehicle is covered from pickup to delivery at no additional cost.

3. How long does pickup usually take?
Typical pickup times range from 1–3 business days. Expedited options may be available depending on the route.

4. How are auto transport prices determined?
Pricing depends on distance, route demand, vehicle size and weight, time of year, and carrier availability.

5. What’s the difference between open and enclosed transport? 
•    Open transport: Most affordable, faster carrier availability.
•    Enclosed transport: Maximum protection for luxury, exotic, or classic vehicles.

6. Can I ship my vehicle if it’s not running?
Yes. We can transport inoperable vehicles, but special equipment may be required, and the cost may be slightly higher.

7. Do I need to be present for pickup and delivery?
Yes, or you may designate someone you trust. A quick inspection is performed at both pickup and delivery.

8. Can I put personal items in the vehicle?
We don’t recommend it, but most carriers allow up to 100 lbs of personal items in the trunk. Please note that these items are not covered by insurance.

9. Do you offer transport for dealerships and auctions?
Yes. We provide transport services for dealerships, auctions, and fleets, including multi-vehicle shipments.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

Dealership Partners – Payment Terms (Net 7 & Net 14)
Cintra Auto Transport offers flexible billing terms designed for high-volume dealership operations. After each transport is completed, an invoice is issued and the dealership has 7 or 14 days to process payment. No upfront payment is required. 

Private Customers – How Payments Work
Private customers follow the industry-standard two-part payment structure used by leading transport companies. A small broker fee is paid at booking to secure the carrier and confirm the order.
The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver at delivery, typically by cash, cashier’s check, Zelle, money order, or Venmo.
This approach ensures a secure, transparent, and streamlined process from pickup to final delivery.

No Additional Charges Policy
Cintra Auto Transport maintains a strict - No Additional Charges policy.
Once the transport rate is confirmed, customers will never be asked to pay extra fees at pickup or delivery.
If a driver or carrier attempts to charge any amount beyond the agreed price, customers should decline payment and contact Cintra Auto Transport immediately.
All transport rates are verified in advance, documented in the dispatch sheet, and protected through our carrier compliance process.
This guarantees a transparent, secure, and stress-free experience for every customer.


11. Can you deliver the car directly to my home?
Yes. We offer door-to-door delivery whenever it is safely accessible for the carrier. 

12. What if my street is too narrow for a car carrier?
The driver will pick up and deliver your vehicle as close to the pickup and delivery address as safety and local regulations allow. If your street is difficult for a large truck to access, due to narrow roads, low-hanging trees, or tight turns, you may be asked to meet at a nearby open area, such as a large parking lot. The driver will contact you if an alternate meeting point is needed, and we are always available to ensure you have a smooth and positive experience with us!

13. Do weather or seasonal conditions affect pricing?
Yes. Snowbird season, holidays, and severe weather can affect availability and rates.

14. How do I prepare my vehicle for transport?
Remove personal items, reduce fuel to 1/4 tank, secure loose parts, and provide keys to the carrier.

15. How do I track my shipment?
Your logistics coordinator provides real-time updates and keeps you informed from pickup to delivery.
